What do I do if I get a "Forbidden. Access Denied" error?

Those receiving an Access Denied error can log-in using the following instructions:

You will be prompted to enter the Microsoft verification code that is texted to you. If you have not set up your 2-step verification for Office 365, please go to this web page which will walk you through the steps:

Once you have logged into your heelmail account, return to (or refresh this page)

You should now be able to access the "Schedule Appointment" link above.

What if all dates show that no appointments are available?

Make sure you select the appropriate "Week" to see availability. If there are multiple weeks as options, check for appointments under all weeks.

How do I change or cancel the appointment?

For an initial vaccine appointment, the easiest way to update the appointment is to find the email confirmation. At the very bottom it says "Have a conflict? Change your appointment." Use the "Change your appointment" link to adjust your booking.

For the second dose of a two-dose vaccine series, you will receive your 2nd appointment during your initial vaccination. Call Campus Health at 919-966-2281 to change your 2nd vaccine appointment.

What do I do if I get “Error: your administrator has not enabled auto registration?

This error means that your Onyen is not in the eligible list. You can use (My Spot) site to find vaccine locations.
